Our Founder-CEO , Liliana Trafficante
Liliana Trafficante is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer for GoOcean Water Park & Resort, LLC and the creator of the GoOcean Project. Ms. Trafficante designed the project components with the help of Water Ventures (main contractor) and her consultants. She has hand picked the team from the concept design stage to the running of the waterpark. Ms. Trafficante has the skills and experience necessary to determine what youth need to develop entrepreneurial skills, and has combined these ideas to gear the project towards those goals. Ms. Trafficante has an affinity for youth and has used this along with business skills to attract the finest architects, builders, and consultants to come together for the GoOcean project and ensure the success of the waterpark.
Ms. Trafficante began her career in 1999 when she started a company called International Dreams. The mission of International Dreams was to help youth at risk start their own businesses as an alternative to life on the streets. Ms. Trafficante helped the youth with development strategies, financing, copyrighting, as well as other facets of start ups. In 2005, Liliana conceptualized and developed Goocean Water Park & Resort LLC.

Project Development & Management - Water Ventures
Maarten Voogd is the President of Water Ventures and the project leader. He will work directly with Mr. James Robinson of JNU Investments to bring the Mississippi Resort, Waterpark, and Casino to reality. With 26 years experience in water park and entertainment projects in the U.S. and abroad, Maarten is the Project Leader bringing all of the various companies and individuals together to build an exceptional resort destination. He is currently working on the $40 Million SolyAqua Waterpark project in Costa Rica, two new water parks in Oklahoma and Kansas for the U.S. Army and a water park for the Cimarron Bay Resort Project in Sonora Mexico. Maarten will work on the GoOcean project from the planning stages to completion and opening. Past Projects include:
